A Case of the 10 days

 We present a seventy two-year-old male for blurring vision. Twelve years before, he realized exophthalmos and six years before, he was diagnosed Mikulicz’s disease based on elevation of IgG4 vales and swollen lacrimal glands on MRI findings. At that time, he was given prednisolone 30mg/day, inducing their shrinkage and decreased to prednisolone, 5mg/day for preserving. He is still now, given prednisolone 3mg/day. He took face MRI for follow-up of the size of lacrimal gland (Figs. 1, 2).
 Miklicz’s disease belongs to Ig G4 related disease.
