 A seventy four-year-old male presented in our hospital with a referring letter from a local orthopedic clinic. The letter said that he had been suffering from right knee pain for the past four months. The lateral side and knee fossa were hard with no mobility. He received right knee joint MRI for further investigation (Figs 1-5).
