Case 272

 A ninety five-year-old female was in state of drowsy from the morning and becoming gradually hard to breeze. When she went to toilet in the evening, her respiratory condition fell in shallow and rapid with almost loss of consciousness. SpO2 recorded 88 mmHg. The family member called ambulance and was taken to the local hospital. Laboratory test revealed LDH 250 U/mL (< 220), KL6 350 U/mL (< 500), SPD 154 ng/mL < 110, BNP 3786 pg/mL (< 100). She took chest CT for further examination (Figs 1- 4).
