Case 273

 An eighty three year-old female presented in our hospital for dyspnea and suspicious pneumonia which was detected on chest radiograph taken in local hospital three days ago. She had never received vaccination for COVID-19. Three years before, she got bronchitis. She had routinely visited the local hospital for taking medicine. Laboratory test revealed KL6 1282 U/mL, SPD 253 ng/mL < 110. She took chest CT for further examination (Figs 1-3).
