A seventy one-year-old female presented in our hospital for cough, dyspnea and skin solid mass. She had suffered from dyspnea while walking and cough in midnight for approximately previously two months. Further, multiple subcutaneous nodules were realized to emerge. Laboratory test revealed no abnormal data except LDH 302 U/l, CRP 1.34 mg/dl. She took whole body CT for further investigation. (Figs 1 – 4).
