Case 278

 A fifty four-year-old male presented in our hospital for receiving MRI of his right knee with a reference letter from the local orthopedic clinic. The letter said that he had a mass-like lesion at the medial side of the right knee. It was painful with sensory paralysis. He took right knee MRI for further investigation. (Figs 1, 2).
