Case 281

 A thirty three-year-old female presented in our hospital with a reference letter from a local clinic, saying that she had experienced repeated abdominal pain and diarrhea sometimes associated with fever almost for the previous one year. Thereafter, she visited the local clinic and got antibiotics, inducing no effective on improving her symptoms. Then, she was introduced to our hospital. She received abdomen CT (Figs 1-4) and colon endoscopy.
