A Case of the 10 days

 A sixty two-year-old male presented in our hospital for gastric pain. He felt epigastric pain from 3 AM this morning. Last night, he got mackerel sushi around 7 PM. He had experienced the similar symptoms two years ago. He smoked 10 cigarettes/day and drank beer of 500mL/day. Laboratory test revealed CRP 0.17mg/dL, white blood cells 11660/mm3, neutrophils 79%. He took abdomen CT (Figs 1-3) for further investigation.

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1. Perforated gastric ulcer

2. Gastric diverticulitis

3. Bacterial gastritis

4. Virus gastritis

5. Anisakis gastritis
