A Case of the 10days

Case 283

 A thirty two-year-old male presented in our hospital for left wrist pain. Five days before, he felt pain at the radial side of the thumb of left hand. The following day, he felt the swollen dorsal side of the thumb. He visited to a local orthopedic clinic. Thereafter, he was introduced to our hospital. He agreed to take left hand MRI for further investigation (Fig. 1-5).

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1. Lister fracture

2. Second part compartment syndrome

3. Intersection syndrome

4. De Quervain syndrome
