 A seventy two-year-old male presented in our hospital for exhaustion and mild fever. He had received total gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer eight months before, thereafter followed by anticancer drug of TS-1 for approximately 6 months. He agreed to take abdomen contrast-enhanced CT (Figs 1-3) and MRI for further investigation (Fig. 4).
