Case 285

 This week, we listed 4 cases who were infected by COVID-19 and died for previous two months (2022 07 01 to 2022 08 31) during 7th wave of COVID-19 pandemic in Japan to investigate what is the main factor of leading to death. Patient information (Table 1), illness progress after admission (Table 2) and laboratory test (Table 3) are presented. Chest CT are shown in Figs 1-4.
