 A forty-year-old female was introduced to our hospital with a referring letter from a local clinic. It said she felt headache she had never perceived before approximately one month ago. She visited a local clinic for persistent headache a half month ago. Her headache was resistant to medicine. Then, she agreed to take MRI associated with Gd enhancement (Figs 1- 6).

What is the imaging diagnosis on MRI ?

1.　Hypophyseal tumor

2.　Subdural hematoma

3.　Subarachnoid hemorrhage

4.　Intracranial hypotension
