Case 295

 We present four cases with acute abdomen. All patients were diagnosed small bowel obstruction which needed to be given laparotomy in our hospital. In fact, two cases were laparotomy in our hospital and one case, done in other hospital. Of these, another case was transported for being given laparotomy since our surgeons were in a situation of during operation, indicating no time for response. However, no surgical management was conducted there because the symptoms of the patient remarkably improved.
