 A 56-year-old female presented in our hospital with a referring letter from a neuro-surgeon clinic saying that she experienced recurrent left diplopia yesterday following the previous diplopia episode occurring around 8 months before. She took brain CT for further investigation (Figs. 1, 2).

What brain nerve nucleus exists in the lesion with high attenuation?
