A Case of the 10 days

Case 300

 A 23-year-old female presented in our hospital with 38 ℃-level fever and general fatigue. She had been treated for eosinophilic pneumonia in a local respiratory medical center. She had been given steroid for four months. Its administration was finalized two months ago. She came to us with concerning recurrence of eosinophilic pneumonia. She had never experienced to smoke. Laboratory test revealed CRP 2.85 mg/dL, white blood cells 7430/mm3, eosinophils 27.7%. She took chest CT for further investigation (Figs. 1-5).

What is possible imaging diagnosis on chest CT ?

1. Loffler syndrome

2. Acute eosinophilic pneumonia

3. Chronic eosinophilic pneumonia

4. Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis

5. ANCA-related disease
