Case 302

 A fifty nine-year-old female presented in our hospital for vomit and nausea. Three weeks before, she experienced vomit during shampoo in a hair beauty salon.
 She was indicated to have hypertension of around 150mmHg at home. First, she took brain MRI and then, enhanced brain CT for further investigation (Figs 1 - 2).

What is your imaging diagnosis ?
