 A fifty-year-old female presented in our hospital for taking mammography.
 She suffered from rheumatoid arthritis in a local hospital. Before beginning the treatment, she took whole-body CT for screening, which sowed a suspicious nodule in her left breast (Fig.1). Then, she was recommended to take mammography for further investigation in our hospital (Figs. 2, 3)
