A Case of the 10 days

Case 306

 An eighty-one-year-old female presented in our hospital for lumbar skin mass that she had realized it three months before. The mass was hard and movable, and its size was 4 X 4 cm. Laboratory test revealed LDH 416 U/L (124-222) (LDH1;33%, LDH2: 39%), CRP 0.41mg/dL, white blood cells 5590/mm3, neutrophils 77%, eosinophils 8.4%. She took CT (Fig.1) and MRI (Figs. 2-3) for further investigation.

What is your imaging diagnosis ?

1. Skin abscess

2. Epidermic cyst

3. Dermatofibrosarcoma

4. Clear cell sarcoma (melanoma of soft parts)

5. Leiomyoma-angioma
