Case 308

 A fifty-three-year-old male presented in our hospital for brain function test. Approximately ten years before, he experienced subarachnoid hemorrhage. Thereafter, he realized his memory ability worsened. Before local public acceptance of his submission paper for obtaining certification of life protection fund, a local officer ordered him to medical check about his brain function. He received brain MRI for our neuro-physician to judge whether his brain function is disordered or not (Fig. 1).
