 A forty-seven-year-old male who was inpatient in our hospital for having received surgery for oral floor malignant tumor ten days before, complained abdominal pain this morning after injection of nutrient food via oral tube. In the afternoon, abdominal pain increased with bloody stool. He received abdomen CT (Figs 1 - 4).
