A seventy-two-year-old female presented in our hospital for liver dysfunction. Liver function disorder was indicated by a physician in a local clinic. She was in treatment of hypertension in the local clinic and routine laboratory test revealed elevation of liver function test. Laboratory test revealed AST 49 U/L, ALT 48 U/L, γ-GTP 123 U/L, white blood cells 7000/mm3, CRP 7.49mg/dL. She was taken chest and abdomen CT for further investigation (Figs 1, 2).
What is a possible imaging diagnosis after checking laboratory test?
