A Case of the 10 days

 A forty-two-year-old female presented in our hospital for painful right jaw rather than left jaw while eating. The pain initially suffered her approximately six months before. Open mouth dimeter without pain was 25 mm, maximum open mouth diameter was 37mm and forced open mouth diameter was 40mm. In opening mouth, right chin deviated to right. Tenderness in case of either closed or opened mouth was admitted at temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She took TMJ radiograph and TMJ MRI (Figs. 1-3).
