Case 320

 We present two cases with pancreas cancer: one, pancreatic duct cancer another, pancreatic cancer from intrapapillary mucinous neoplasm.

 Case 1. An eighty-nine-year-old female presented in our hospital for general fatigue. Laboratory test revealed eGFR 12.9mL/min/1.73L BNP 72.2pg/mL, white blood cells 10750/mm3, CA19-9 48881 U/mL, CEA 15.6 ng/mL. She took contrast-enhanced CT (Fig. 1) and MRI (Fig. 2).

 Case 2. A seventy-two-year-old male presented in our hospital for gastric uncomfortableness. Laboratory test revealed CA19-9 589 U/mL, CEA 1.3 ng/mL. He took contrast-enhanced CT (Figs. 1-3) and MRI (Figs. 4, 5).
