 A thirty-four-year-old female presented in our hospital with a letter from a local clinic saying that her brain MRI showed suspicious left ventricular tumor. She had sometimes experienced pulsating or gripping headache from midline to right side for the previous three months. She agreed to take brain MRI for further examination (Fig. 1).
