 A seventy-five-year-old female presented in our hospital for genital itching and uncomfortable feeling. Our gynecologist found whitish erosion at vagina to perianal region. Our plastic surgeon made biopsy to check whether containing malignant cell or not. She took CT for further investigation (Fig.1).

What is the probable diagnosis for this lesion?
