A Case of the 10 days

 A seventeen-year-old male presented in our hospital for follow-up of spontaneous pneumothorax he had never experienced. He was previously indicated to have congenital cystic disease of the lung in one of the hub hospitals in Osaka. He felt severe short breath he had never experienced after swimming class. Then, he made his regular contact to the hub hospital earlier than usual, indicating he had pneumothorax. Thereafter, he came to our hospital to check whether his pneumothorax was improving or not. He agreed to take chest CT for further investigation (Figs. 2-4). Chest radiograph was taken four yeas before (Fig.1).
