Case 86

 A fifty nine-year-old female presented in our hospital for left shoulder pain. The left shoulder pain was found two months ago. In these days, she felt pain all day and she could not lie down facing left side. The pain was becoming more increased. Medical findings showed tenderness at tendon of the deltoid muscle and acromion of the scapula.

 She gave a consent to take shoulder MRI for further investigation (Fig.1 to 4).

What is your diagnosis based on images of shoulder MRI ?

1. Bone fracture

2. Hill-Sachs lesion

3. Bankart lesion

4. Rotator cuff tear

5. Metastatic bone tumor
