A seventy nine-year-old woman noted numbness of bilateral hands approximately one year ago. The degree of numbness was getting worsened and then, she consulted with an orthopedics of a local clinic. The doctor recommended her to take MRI for cervical spine in our hospital.
We present an axial image of MRI at C6/7 level (Fig. 1) to refresh normal anatomy of cervical spine before making diagnosis.
