Case 96

 Before we make diagnosis of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), we should eliminate the cases with cardiac failure. In this presentation, we present images of chest CT of five cases; two, cardiac failure; three, ARDS with anti-nuclear cytoplasmic antigen (ANCA), acute eosinophilic pneumonia and acute interstitial pneumonia. These images of chest CT are demonstrated on Figs 1 to 5.
